2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products through the requinrenard.fr website, including the B1 glass pen and any other item offered by the association.

By placing an order through the website, the customer acknowledges that they have read and unconditionally accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

The products sold are unique pieces, handcrafted in France and hand-blown. Each item may feature minor variations in shape, colour, or dimensions, which are inherent to the manufacturing process.

The main characteristics of each product are described on the corresponding product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before making a purchase.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price applicable when the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges are displayed before the final confirmation of the order and are added to the total amount.

5. Orders

Any order placed through requinrenard.fr implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. Selection of products.

  2. Shopping basket confirmation.

  3. Submission of the customer’s contact details.

  4. Selection of the delivery method.

  5. Secure payment.

The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the payment platforms accepted by the website.

The order will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

Products are dispatched to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Timeframes: orders are generally dispatched within 7 to 15 business days, except in exceptional circumstances, such as stock shortages or workshop closure periods.

Methods: deliveries are made using Colissimo or Lettre Suivie services, within France and internationally.

In the event of damage during transit, such as a broken product, the customer must report it within 48 hours of receipt by contacting: requinrenardcontact@gmail.com
An appropriate solution, such as a refund or replacement, will be offered depending on the circumstances.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The product must be returned:

  • intact,

  • unused,

  • in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions: personalised products or products made to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

9. Statutory Warranties

All products are covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for under Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

10. Liability

The association shall not be held liable for any failure to perform the contract resulting from force majeure or disruption to the Internet network.

11. Personal Data

Personal information collected when orders are placed is used solely for order processing and dispatch. It is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
